Organically Managed Grassfed Meats, Vegetables and Breads
We work to keep everything in balance. From grazing
pastures and hedgerows, to growing our gardens and flowers. With respect for our
land and our animals, we strive to bring you the best.
Each month you'll get:
An average of 15lbs of farm-fresh, grass-fed meats made up of ground
beef, pork and lamb cuts.
Two loaves fresh baked bread made here on the farm by hand, from
scratch.
Other items available seasonally, ala carte. These may be chicken raised here on grass in the summer months, eggs from the laying flock, sheep's milk soap, just to name a few.
About our meats:
We work as a family, full-time here on the farm rotating beef cows, a flock of sheep and
several very happy pastured pigs around the farm. No drugs, no antibiotics, no hormones,
no steroids. The ground beef? No left-over trim here! Our ground beef is made
from the whole cow, from the roasts to the steaks. Very lean, but tons of flavor!
About the bread:
Made the old-fashioned way with butter, honey and fresh eggs. No white sugars, no
preservatives. No bread machine either! Made by hand, allowed to rise twice for full
flavor, and buttered on top while it's still hot from the oven. Freezes great!
*Subscriptions are for 3 month periods. Pick-ups are each month, beginning of the
month. Pick-up on the farm, or at delivery point in Albany at VA Hospital parking lot,in
Cooperstown location to be determined, in Cherry Valley in the NBT bank parking lot, and
in Fort Plain in the True Value Parking lot. Amsterdam in the Tractor Supply parking lot,
and possible pick-up points in Schenectady, let me know if you're interested in that
